Uranus

Trans-Saturn planets - the initiates of success

'Many contemporary astrologers today mostly agree with the concept that the outer planets affect them in both their birth chart and by transits to sensitive points in the birth chart. However, it is my opinion that this cannot be so. The reason behind my thinking is quite simple. Who among the many readers of this page can readily fly an airliner? Or control a multinational organization? Successfully lead an army of soldiers into battle? The point is these feats are possible but unless you have had the training and experience the probability of simply doing so is beyond your reach.'

Uranus transits

"Uranus takes approximately 84 years to come full circle. This slow-moving planet's transits are long-lasting, and each transit takes its time to unfold. As Uranus transits a point in our chart, retrogrades back over it, and then hits it again in direct motion, it imparts its own special wisdom upon the point in question—the areas of lives and parts of our psyches ruled by that point.

Astrological Influences of the Planet Uranus: Revolutionary or Reactionary?

"Although Uranus is known as the planetary energy of change and revolution, this same energy is what provokes the reactionary, or fundamentalist energy we see in those fanatics who have no tolerance for change whatsoever.

Many of us have seen human examples of this, the stiff, cold Aquarian individual who is about as pro-'establishment' as you'd ever want to see. Aquarius is the sign ruled by Uranus and as such gives us the living awareness of how this energy manifests.

Uranus God of the Sky

"Uranus, God of the sky and the heavens, is the ruler of Aquarius. In Astrology, the energies of Uranus are electric and crammed with change. Uranus is forward-looking. It balks at tradition, and celebrates originality and individuality. Uranus is associated with technology, innovation, discovery, and all that is progressive."

Uranus aspects

"Uranus can make other planets function crazily. It can make them seem hyper. Whatever Uranus touches will not function in socially acceptable "normal" ways.
Uranus Aspecting the Sun: Gives independence and the desire to do things "differently". When positive, brilliance to the point of genius. When negative, it can make you an eccentric who delights in shocking people, or just plain crazy."

Uranus in the Twelve Houses

"Uranus shows that area of the life in which strong urges for individuality and freedom of expression are shown. In this house you should expect sudden and unexpected changes to occur during your life. Uranus brings radical behavior caused by your actions, the action of others, or by circumstances over which you have no control. "

Uranus

"The outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto don't tell as much about individual personalities as they do about the "mini-generation" of people all born under the same Uranus sign. For this reason, I have not focused on the sign placement of these planet in considering natal personalities and traits"

Jupiter-Uranus cycle

"In 2007 for almost the entire year we will be under the influence of the Jupiter-Uranus square aspect. In order to fully understand the influence and the importance of this aspect I think that we should analyze the entire Jupiter-Saturn cycle. This year square if the last square of the cycle before the beginning of a new cycle in 2010 which will mark also the ending of the current cycle started on 16 February 1997 at 2:13am GMT time."

Mercury and its Higher Octave Uranus

"The archetype of Gemini is concerned with the issue of integration into the environment as a survival necessity. The environment reflects the dynamics of life surrounding the soul in a particular time and space. This archetype is mutable by nature, which reflects the reality that life is built on a holistic foundation, meaning that every single component of life invariably relates to every other one. As a result the life of the individual is part of an enormous chain, and the individual learns to consciously integrate in that chain.
